This course will fulfill the requirement for the 2023 Broker Mandatory Course as mandated by the LREC. We will discuss the functions, roles, and responsibilities of Brokers in relation to employment and supervision of both licensed and unlicensed individuals. This course will review the risks and pitfall Brokers and Brokerages may face relative to electronic documentation, advertising, cyber security, and more.
