Description
This course provides agents with essential updates on LREC forms, buyer brokerage requirements, technology, and fraud prevention. Participants will review recent changes to mandatory forms, learn how to properly use them in transactions, and identify risks associated with improper use. The course also covers buyer brokerage agreements and related legal developments, ethical considerations, and fair housing compliance, while offering guidance on the appropriate use of technology and AI.
This will fulfill the requirement for the 2026 Mandatory Course as mandated by the LREC, for Salespersons and Brokers.
