Description
This course focuses on three main areas for licensees, updates to the Property Disclosure Document (PDD), updates to the Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell and current Trends and Hot Topics in the real estate industry. This will fulfill the requirement for the 2024 Mandatory Course as mandated by the LREC, for both Salespersons and Brokers.
