$35.00

The REALTOR® Code of Ethics is the cornerstone of professionalism in real estate. This course reviews its history, influence on licensing laws, and role in establishing arbitration for resolving disputes. You’ll explore the Preamble’s guiding principles—competency, fairness, integrity, and the duty to uphold the Code above profit or client instruction—as well as the structure of the Code, including its Articles, Standards of Practice, and Case Interpretations.

Key topics include commonly cited Articles, due process in hearings, and the procedures for handling complaints. By the end, you’ll understand how the professional standards system protects both REALTORS® and consumers while strengthening the integrity of the profession.
