After completing the course, you must find a broker to sponsor you and apply for a Mississippi real estate license. Once you are approved by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission, it is time to hit the books for the Mississippi real estate exam. You must take the exam within two months of your approval. On exam day, you will have four hours to correctly respond to 75% of the state exam and 70% of the national exam to pass.
